After a long period of production practice and continuous optimization and upgrading, Hanrun Paper^® has launched the new PRO A331 DTF Printer with better overall performance. It uses double professional and reliable EPSON engine printheads with  Hoson board to ensure high-quality printing results, high printing speed and printing resolution up to 10m²/h.

 

 

Ink cartridge upgrade, new appearance

The PRO A331 DTF Printer doubles the capacity of CMYK color ink cartridge to 500ml, which allows continuous printing for 8 hours without refilling, making printing freer. In terms of appearance, the fully transparent acrylic cover with a metal frame will be stronger, and the hydraulic brace bar will be added to securely open the cover for more peace of mind.

 

Three in one, smoother paper movement

Previously, the PRO-A330 DTF printer required a paper loader to be fixed to the desktop, which was very unfriendly to operators using DTF film rolls, and the PRO A331 DTF has a paper loader attached to the printer for more accurate alignment. We also added a level to the print platform for easy print leveling and a lift bar in front of and behind the platen at the DTF printout position. The combination of these three devices makes the overall paper walking process of the printer smoother and ensures the stability of the printout.

 

Multi-stage heating, intelligent temperature control

Compared with the PRO A330 printer, the PRO A331 adds heating to both the print and feed platforms and is equipped with an intelligent temperature control panel. Multi-stage heating accelerates ink curing and makes printing less likely to be rubbed.

 

Detail optimization, more convenient operation

In addition to the optimization and upgrading of the printing device, we also took into account the operability of various parts of the machine in actual use. The PRO A331 DTF printer adjusted the operation panel from the upper left corner to the right front, making the operation control more convenient. At the same time, we changed the printer cover on both sides from a one-piece type to a switch type for easy inspection and maintenance.
