6 Tips Will Help You Save Sublimation Ink (1)
In the textiles sector, premium Sublimation Ink and printers are becoming increasingly common. In the process of applying Sublimation Ink, we need to think about saving it. Because the cost of printing consumables is increasing at an increasing rate. We can reduce unnecessary waste by using imported Sublimation Inks. Here are some suggestions for conserving ink.
Sublimation Ink can cost more per ounce than fine sparkling wine. When several professional testers complained that their Dye Sublimation Transfer Ink disappeared for no apparent reason and was only used after 2-3 times printing, it was discovered that after a few months, the complete ink was squandered and also clean. What did they do, where did they travel, and what did they use?
Sublimation printers should have shorter cleaning periods to save ink
Heat is used in sublimation printers. It transports water-based ink from the printer's bow to surfaces. By controlling the different temperature levels of the semiconductor burner, it can control the percentage and intensity of the color. Because of the temperature constraint, the sublimation printer is prone to nozzle blockage when used repeatedly. The high temperature causes the ink in the nozzle to evaporate, resulting in a cleaning job that isn't required.
During the use of the instruments, the print head is frequently hindered. Because each cleaning of the ink jet head consumes a significant amount of Dye Sublimation Transfer Ink, the number of cleansing ink jet heads must be reduced. There are various factors for the blockage, such as the maker's workplace, the top quality of the ink, the moment the equipment is still, etc.
To conserve Dye Sublimation Transfer Ink, clean the nozzle properly
A substantial amount of Dye Sublimation Transfer Ink waste is unavoidable while cleaning the print head. Many inkjet printing equipment will clean the print head as soon as it is turned on. The print head can be cleaned using the buttons. If the equipment's automated cleaning feature is disabled, you can clean the nozzle by hand as described in the operation manual. To disassemble the nozzle, follow the steps below. A thin rubber tubing can be used to manually clean the nozzle. It will be attached to the clinical syringe's front end. The rubber tubing is thoroughly washed with filtered water. When cleaning the nozzle, use a magnifying lens to examine it. A soft rubber product can be used to remove gunk from around the nozzle.
The following points must be noted by the nozzle:
A. Don't use sharp objects to clean the nozzle, do not strike the nozzle, and do not touch the nozzle with your hands.
B. Do not disassemble or mount the spray head while it is still charged. Do not use your hands or other materials to touch the electrical contacts on the spray head.
C. The nozzle cannot be removed from the machine and placed on its own, nor can it be placed in a dusty environment.
