Dark Self Weeding Laser Heat Transfer Paper

Hanrun Dark Self Weeding Laser Heat Transfer Paper is a revolutionary new way of printing self-weeding designs without any need for a cutter or plotter! This laser paper has two parts, one is printable A paper, and the other is B paper with glue. It is very popular in the market and easy to operate. Only need a laser printer, you can use this suit.

Equipment Used: Laser printer; Heat press machine

Recommended Fabrics: Dark & light-colored cotton and cotton blended, polyester-cotton, all-polyester chemical fiber fabrics

How to use:

1) A. Paper bottom: The print quality is photo or high-quality type. The paper must be heavy paper or label paper, and Mirror Image is required
A: Rubber bottom: (matte side is the printing side) The print quality is photo or high-quality type. Please select [Film] for paper type, and Mirror Image is required
2) It is best to print vector graphics, the source file format is vector graphics, such as Ai, cdr format
3) If there is white part in the design, NEEDS white toner to work properly
4) The size of B paper is smaller than A paper in the first step of B-A transfer
5) Set the temperature, time, and pressure for the transfer of the pressing machine, place a 2mm thick silicone pad on the ironing board, press down the pressing board, and heat it to fully heat up. Then bake paper B and A face up for 1-2 minutes, then put the B paper on the A adhesive paper, cover the B paper and A paper with a 2mm silica gel, and then transfer normally to improve the transfer rate
6) When B-A transfer, LEAVE the image on the platen as you do not want it to get cold. Do NOT lift off the platen when peeling. Grab on to each corner & peel in a steady/firm/consistent fashion. Can place a slip of paper in a small corner for quick and easy release. Note that the slip should not be too large to cover the image
7) Cut off the remaining white edges on the A paper before the second transfer
8) Adjust the time of the pressing machine, after spreading the fabric on the ironing board. Put paper A with the glossy side down & the dull side up
9) When the time is up, remove the fabric from the ironing board and wait for the A paper to cool completely before peeling it

Precautions:
1) There are many printer models and toner brands on the market. If the toner does not match well, the transfer rate will be poor. Please test first. For white powder, especially compatible toner, use 711 series instead of 941 series.
2) Use transparent paper A with rubber bottom, or a complicated picture, little more pressure is needed.
