DTF printer holiday maintenance:

Not use for 1-3 days (short-term)

1. Print a test strip to check to ensure that the print head is in normal condition. If there is any abnormality, clean and recover (the print head does not need to be removed from the device);

2. Keep the surface of the nozzle clean (if there is ink or other dirt, you can use a non-woven cloth or an ink wiper to wipe it clean);

3. The ink stack is kept moist to ensure that the ink stack and the nozzle are sealed when shutting down and shut down normally.

Not used for more than 3 days (long-term)

1. Print a test strip to check to ensure that the print head is in normal condition. If there is any abnormality, clean and recover (the print head does not need to be removed from the device);

2. Drain the ink inside the print head;

3. Wash the print head with cleaning fluid and drain the cleaning fluid;

4. Use a clean wipe on the surface of the nozzle to wipe it clean with a non-woven cloth or ink wiper;

5. Hold the two ink tubes under the ink stack cap with clips, and drop some special cleaning liquid into the ink stack cap to ensure that the surface of the nozzle is wet and not dry;

6. For some non-ink stack machines, soak the non-woven fabric with cleaning fluid to wrap the print head, and then use plastic wrap or other materials to fix and seal the non-woven fabric and print head for storage;

7. It is recommended that the nozzles should be disassembled and stored with moisturizing liquid when the machine is shut down for a long time, and then put the nozzles filled with moisturizing liquid on the folded non-woven fabric, and pour the moisturizing liquid on the non-woven fabric of the nozzle, and it must be sufficient Wetting to ensure that the surface of the nozzle and the non-woven fabric can be fully immersed in the moisturizing liquid (the moisturizing liquid should not be poured too much, just ensure that the surface of the nozzle is just wetted).
